Is hidden damp and timber damage hiding in your home?
What type of survey do you need?
• Damp surveys - this type of survey looks for rising damp, penetrating damp and surface condensation.
• Timber surveys - this type of survey can find any woodworm, wet rot or dry rot in your home.
• External defect surveys - we'll check the exterior brickwork and your guttering to ensure they aren't causing damp in your home.
• Remedial treatment surveys - our team can advise if any repair or restoration work will need to be done in your property following damp or timber treatment work.
• Structural waterproofing surveys - these surveys are ideal if you're thinking of using your cellar area as an extra living space.
All our in-depth surveys are carried out by CSRT surveyors (a Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) and will be suitable if requested by a professional organisation, such as a bank.
Our survey process
1. A convenient time and date will be organised for the survey to take place. We're happy to liaise with estate agents on your behalf if required to get this organised.
2. Our fully qualified team will carry out an in-depth survey and return the report to you within 1-2 working days. This can be posted or emailed, depending on your preferences.
3. As well as a comprehensive and detailed report, you'll also receive a health and safety data sheet.
4. We'll also provide a quote for any necessary remedial work if required.
